anchovy paste

lemon juice

low-fat mayonaisse
Olive oil spray
Instructions
Whisk together the mayonnaise, black pepper, anchovy paste, lemon, and garlic. Set aside.
Preheat the broiler to low. Place the baking rack approximately 4 inches from the broiler.
Chop the kale into 1" squares. Lightly spray with olive oil.
Broil the kale for approximately 3-4 minutes, depending on the level of desired char.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and toss with Caesar dressing.
Transfer to plate or bowl and top with leftover turkey breast. Enjoy!
