Instructions
Heat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Spray with olive oil cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey, rice, and seasoning.
Using a spoon or ice cream server, scoop balls of meat and rice then roll in your hands into a ball.
Bake at 400F until the internal temperature reaches 165F (approximately 20 minutes).
Serve with your favorite Sriracha mayo dipping sauce (optional) for a little kick of heat!
