  • 4 breasts Chicken
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lb Asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray


  • In a glass container or plastic bag, combine the honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic.
  • Pound the chicken with a meat tenderizer until thin and uniform in thickness.
  • Marinade the chicken in the glass container or plastic bag in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Place the asparagus in a glass bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and garlic powder.
  • Arrange the chicken and asparagus on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
