Instructions
Heat a large stock pot over medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Brown the ground bison (or lean ground beef) in the stock pot. Drain off the drippings.
Add the corn, black beans, and tomatoes (optional). Then add the taco seasoning and stir.
Finally, add the tomato sauce and stir. Simmer until heated through, approximately 5-10 minutes.
Serve with your favorite chili toppings.
