Makes 4 Servings
- 1lb ground turkey
- 14 oz coleslaw mix (1 bag)
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1T garlic powder
- 1T onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Hot Sauce (optional)
- Cooking Spray
- Green Onions, optional for garnish
- Spray a large skillet with cooking oil and heat to medium high heat.
- Add the coleslaw mix and stir fry until tender. Set aside.
- Add the ground turkey to the same skillet and brown until cooked through. Drain off juices.
- Return the coleslaw mix and turkey to the same skillet. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, soy sauce, and hot sauce (optional). Stir to combine.
- Serve in a bowl with a spoon!
