Egg Roll in a Bowl

Makes 4 Servings

  • 1lb ground turkey
  • 14 oz coleslaw mix (1 bag)
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1T garlic powder
  • 1T onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Hot Sauce (optional)
  • Cooking Spray
  • Green Onions, optional for garnish
  1. Spray a large skillet with cooking oil and heat to medium high heat.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix and stir fry until tender. Set aside.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the same skillet and brown until cooked through. Drain off juices.
  4. Return the coleslaw mix and turkey to the same skillet. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, soy sauce, and hot sauce (optional). Stir to combine.
  5. Serve in a bowl with a spoon!
