Sheet Pan Ranch Chicken & Vegetables

Bacon Bacon BAAACCCCOOONNN! Get ready for your house to smell of BACON with this savory and easy sheet pan meal!


MEAL PREP TIP: Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag and refrigerate until ready to cook.


Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 package ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • Ranch, Blue Cheese, or Buffalo Sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. In a large bowl or plastic bag, combine all the ingredients (except the cooking spray) until coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Coat with cooking spray.
  4. Arrange the chicken and vegetables on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165F.
  6. Optional: serve with Ranch, Blue Cheese, or Buffalo Sauce for dipping.
