
Bacon Bacon BAAACCCCOOONNN! Get ready for your house to smell of BACON with this savory and easy sheet pan meal!
MEAL PREP TIP: Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag and refrigerate until ready to cook.
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 package ranch seasoning
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Olive oil cooking spray
- Ranch, Blue Cheese, or Buffalo Sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 400F.
- In a large bowl or plastic bag, combine all the ingredients (except the cooking spray) until coated.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Coat with cooking spray.
- Arrange the chicken and vegetables on the baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165F.
- Optional: serve with Ranch, Blue Cheese, or Buffalo Sauce for dipping.
