I am a big fan of sheet pan meals: easy to prep, easy to cook, easy to clean up. In short, sheet pan meals are an EASY BUTTON for dinner.

MEAL PREP TIP: Combine all ingredients into a plastic bag and refrigerate until ready to cook.
Ingredients:
- 4 3oz turkey cutlets
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 4 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups rice, cooked
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 400F.
- In a plastic bag or large bowl, combine the pesto, turkey cutlets, and green beans.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Arrange the turkey and green beans on the baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the turkey’s internal temperature reaches 165F.
Makes 4 Servings.

Sheet Pan Pesto Turkey Cutlets
