I am a big fan of sheet pan meals: easy to prep, easy to cook, easy to clean up. In short, sheet pan meals are an EASY BUTTON for dinner.

MEAL PREP TIP: Combine all ingredients into a plastic bag and refrigerate until ready to cook.
Ingredients:
- 4 3oz chicken breasts (or turkey cutlets)
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 4 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups rice, cooked
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Arrange the chicken and green beans on the baking sheet.
- Spread the pesto over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle the green beans with garlic powder.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165F.
Makes 4 Servings.

Sheet Pan Pesto Chicken Breasts
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup pesto
- 2 cup green beans
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Arrange the chicken and green beans on the baking sheet. Spread the pesto over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle garlic powder on the green beans and stir to combine.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165F.
- Optional: Serve alongside 1/2 cup of rice.
