Sheet Pan Pesto Turkey Cutlet (Low Carb)

I am a big fan of sheet pan meals: easy to prep, easy to cook, easy to clean up. In short, sheet pan meals are an EASY BUTTON for dinner.


MEAL PREP TIP: Combine all ingredients into a plastic bag and refrigerate until ready to cook.


Ingredients:

  • 4 3oz turkey cutlets
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 4 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cups rice, cooked

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. In a plastic bag or large bowl, combine the pesto, turkey cutlets, and green beans.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  4. Arrange the turkey and green beans on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the turkey’s internal temperature reaches 165F.

Makes 4 Servings.
