Sheet Pan Parmesan Chicken

Who doesn’t love an easy-to-cook, easy-to-clean meal?! Not only is this Sheet Pan Parmesan Chicken BOTH of those, it is savory to boot!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Heat an oven to 400F. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray. (Optional: line with aluminum foil for easy clean up.)
  2. Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts. Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken until thin and uniform.
  3. Season the chicken with Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning.
  4. Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  5. Toss the green beans in the olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Arrange the beans around the chicken on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165F.
