
Who doesn’t love an easy-to-cook, easy-to-clean meal?! Not only is this Sheet Pan Parmesan Chicken BOTH of those, it is savory to boot!
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil cooking spray
Instructions:
- Heat an oven to 400F. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray. (Optional: line with aluminum foil for easy clean up.)
- Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts. Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken until thin and uniform.
- Season the chicken with Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning.
- Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Toss the green beans in the olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Arrange the beans around the chicken on the baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165F.
