Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon powdered ginger
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ Sauce, plus 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil cooking spray
Instructions:
- Heat an oven to 400F. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Combine the turkey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and 1/2 cup of Korean BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Spoon into the muffin pan. Cover with foil to prevent the tips from charring.
- Bake at 400F for approximately 20 minutes. Remove the foil. The spoon the remainder of the Korean BBQ sauce on to the tops of the muffins.
- Bake for 5 minutes longer without the foil or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165F.
- Serve with 1/2 cup of rice per person and a side salad.
