- 24 oz. Turkey Tenderloin, cut into 4 equal pieces
- 12 oz. green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 sweet potato, cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Chicken Seasoning
- Olive oil cooking spray
Instructions:
- Heat an oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Toss the green beans and sweet potatoes in olive oil.
- Season the turkey tenderloins with Mrs. Dash seasoning.
- Arrange the turkey tenderloins, green beans, and sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Bake until the sweet potatoes are tender and the internal temperature of the turkey tenderloins reaches 165F.
